The Allotments feature provides over-booking control options that enable you to easily remove rooms from the free sale pool. Create different room profiles for each day of the week, and as many date ranges and allotments as required.

GuestCentrixPMS has an integrated open item debtors system, which allows you to closely control credit status. Accurate and extensive reporting tools give you the information you need to keep your debtors days to a minimum.

The room blocking chart is a powerful feature that graphically represents booking status over a two week period. Reservation status is colour coded, and drilling down into the booking displays the full, editable details.
